Key Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys with trust and estate transactions, including drafting documents and preparing filings. • Support litigation matters related to trusts and estates. • Conduct research, organize case materials, and maintain client files.• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other professionals. Qualifications: • Strong experience in both transactional and litigation aspects of Trust & Estate law. • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with relevant legal software and tools preferred.
