Allstate Insurance is looking for inside sales agents to take INBOUND Sales Calls for customers actively looking for a home or auto insurance quote. These Active Buyers are scheduled FOR YOU, you provide product knowledge, help them choose the best protection for their situation and customer's purchase. It's that simple. We currently have more appointments than we can keep up with.
No outbound calling required - 100% inbound customer calls - High Conversions

What you'll do:
As an inbound Insurance Sales Agent, you will receive inbound sales calls, provide a warm welcome, provide product knowledge, provide product recommendations, answer questions and sign-up clients. No hard selling, no pressure, just provide a world class... experience.
We're seeking smart, friendly, people who are self-motivated & possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and FUN work environment.
Compensation:
Most of our agents make over $100,000, Several over $150,000.
Competitive base salary with a very rich commission plan. You will be up and running in less than 30 days taking unlimited inbound appointments.

What you'll need:
You must be a have your insurance license and experience selling personal lines.
You must be awesome on the phone, friendly and kind
You must be punctual and be able to stick to a consistent schedule
You must have the ability and willingness to study and learn our products
You must have a strong ability to build customer relationships
Proven success at working in a high volume, fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
