ā¢ Meet with clients virtually to understand their needs and provide appropriate financial needs analysis guidance and solutions.
ā¢ Educate clients on available insurance product benefits and protection options in a clear and professional manner
ā¢ Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups.
ā¢ Participate in ongoing training, coaching and team development sessions.
Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Authorized to work in the U.S.
ā¢ Strong communication skills
ā¢ Coachable and growth-minded
ā¢ Goal-oriented and dependable
