Fully Remote Bookkeeper
Two Cats Bookkeeping is a fully remote bookkeeping company based in St. Petersburg, Florida. We are growing and looking for a bookkeeper to take on bookkeeping projects and work collaboratively with our team. - Part-Time Contractor Position with potential for full-time as the business grows.
- 40-60 Hours/Month, project-based.
- Pay structure: Percentage of revenue collected for bookkeeping services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bookkeeping tasks, including coding and reconciling transactions.
- Set up new clients in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and handle cleanup/catch-up projects as required.
- Review and correct unclear transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Make necessary adjustments to Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
- Communicate with team members to resolve questions or concerns about client accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- QBO ProAdvisor certification is required.
- Provide proof of Errors and Omissions Insurance.
- Familiarity with Keeper App, Google Workspace, and Slack is a plus.
Technology Requirements:
- Computer with 2 monitors, mouse, webcam and keyboard.
- Stable internet connection, VPN, and antivirus software (FTC compliance)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
