TGG Accounting is seeking to add a fully remote accountant to our sales team. The role revolves around discussing outsourced accounting with micro and small business owners.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
Close at least 2 deals from leads you brought in, per month.
Additional Metrics Tracked:
Respond to all internal and external communication within 8 business hours.
> 55% close rate on scoping proposals
95% client retention in first 3 months of engagement

You have an extensive network of small and medium business owners (revenues between $5M-$50M).
Youre well-versed in accounting, financial strategy, and the specific needs of SMBs.
Youre a relationship builder who knows how to tailor solutions to different clients.

Youre charismatic, likable, and adept at managing both internal and external relationships.

Requirements:
Degree is Accounting or a related field is Required.
Masters' in Accounting or a related field is a Preferred.
5+ years in an Advisory accounting or Outsourced Accounting field is Preferred.
Entrepreneurial Accounting experience would be a Plus.
