As a Fullstack Software Engineer on the Self-Serve team, you will build and maintain scalable, customer-facing features that directly enhance user engagement, adoption, and retention. You will work across the platform, creating reusable components and patterns that support both product trials and in-app integrations. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence technical direction while leveraging modern frameworks and AI tools. You will help deliver measurable value to customers while enabling the platform to scale efficiently, in a fast-growing, dynamic, and collaborative environment. Your work will impact both product functionality and the underlying infrastructure that powers the platform.
Accountabilities

· Design, develop, and own new product features and platform infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

· Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.

· Define and implement technical direction for critical parts of the platform to support rapid growth.

· Build reusable patterns and primitives to accelerate adoption and activation across product areas.

· Contribute to in-app purchasing, trial workflows, and third-party integrations to streamline customer compliance and security workflows.

· Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, customer-facing solutions.

· Support a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the engineering team.

Requirements

· 3+ years of fullstack software development experience.

· Proficiency in modern web frameworks and languages, particularly TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

· Passion for building high-visibility, customer-facing features with attention to detail.

· Experience or interest in integrating AI tools into UI workflows.

· Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities independently.

· Interest in learning about security and compliance, or prior experience in security-focused software.

· Preferred: experience with scalable SaaS platforms, trial/onboarding flows, or fintech/security applications.
