Fullstack Software Engineer (Remote) - Full-time

Remote Full-time
We’re looking for a versatile and experienced Fullstack Software Engineer to build and scale the core systems behind our no-code automation platform. This role is perfect for engineers who thrive at the intersection of backend and frontend development, love solving high-impact technical challenges, and are passionate about delivering elegant, performant user experiences. About Us: is a HIPAA-compliant, no-code automation platform revolutionizing healthcare operations. We empower healthcare organizations to seamlessly connect diverse systems and automate tasks like appointment scheduling, patient intake, and billing—eliminating the need for coding. Backed by leading U.S. investors and driven by a team of 2nd-time entrepreneurs and product experts, our mission is to democratize the automation of healthcare workflows. As we experience rapid growth, we’re expanding our team with top talent to help us achieve this vision. What You'll Do: • Design and scale core systems: Architect and evolve the core components of our platform, including the workflow runtime engine, AI Copilot, and API. Ensure they are reliable, secure, and performant as our product and user base grow. • Build fullstack features end to end: Develop user-facing features in the workflow editor UI and connect them to backend services through our API. Deliver smooth and responsive experiences across the entire stack. • Enhance automation capabilities: Improve the workflow execution engine to support more complex use cases and increase performance. Contribute to our AI Copilot to help users create and debug workflows more efficiently. • Drive integrations with our SDK and CLI: Contribute to the development of our connector SDK and CLI, the tools we use to build secure and high-performance integrations with third-party APIs. You will help improve these tools and occasionally use them to build integrations yourself. • Optimize system performance and security: Deliver HIPAA-compliant, fault-tolerant solutions. Apply best practices in monitoring, testing, and securing both backend and frontend components. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with designers and customer-facing teams to turn complex requirements into clean, usable solutions. Requirements • Proven coding skills: You have proven coding experience in any modern programming language. Our stack is end-to-end TypeScript, but we’re fully language-agnostic and believe great engineers can quickly adapt to new tools. What matters most is that you write clean, maintainable code that follows best practices. • Engineering fundamentals: You have a strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including writing unit and integration tests, designing for fault tolerance, performance, and scalability, and using version control systems effectively. • Fullstack experience: You’ve built, debugged, and maintained both frontend and backend systems in production environments. • End-to-end ownership: You’ve shipped complete features or products and can take a project from idea to production independently. We trust our engineers and give them real ownership, so we need to know you can balance speed, quality, and technical debt while collaborating effectively with the team. • Mission-driven: You’re motivated by meaningful work and excited to help solve real problems in healthcare. • Fluent communication in English: You are fluent in English, both written and verbal. We’re an international team and English is our shared language, so clear communication is essential. How We Work in Engineering • Our stack: We use TypeScript end to end, from our React frontend to backend services. Everything is cloud-native, and we use modern tooling to build, deploy, and scale quickly. We’re pragmatic and evolve our stack based on product needs, not trends. • How we build: We work in vertical, cross-functional teams with engineering, product, growth and design. Each team owns part of the product and delivers in small, focused milestones. Engineers take full ownership of projects, and we ship continuously with CI/CD. • Ownership and impact: Engineers shape features from day one, make architecture decisions, and see their work through to production. You’ll have autonomy, real responsibility, and a team that values clean code, fast iteration, and meaningful outcomes. • Remote and async-friendly: We’re a distributed team with flexible schedules. We keep meetings light, write things down, and prioritize focus and deep work. • Quality-focused: We write tests, review code carefully, and build with reliability in mind. We move fast, but we don’t cut corners. Benefits • A dynamic and innovative, remote first work environment. • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • Competitive salary and benefits package. • A collaborative and supportive team. • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge marketing initiatives in a rapidly growing industry.
