As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns, providing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing and coordinating service appointments for our various services. This is a full-time remote role that requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities will include: * Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
