Full-Time Virtual Assistant / Marketing Project Manager (Content + Growth Focus)

me:vidual is a fast-growing beauty tech startup based in Germany. We’ve developed an innovative system that allows people to create their own skincare products at home – using a smart device (the Synthor), cosmetic-grade raw materials, and a guided app experience. We are now scaling our digital marketing ecosystem – and we're looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant / Marketing Project Manager who wants to own the execution and help build something fresh and truly unique in the skincare space. --- Your Mission You’ll be responsible for keeping all marketing efforts running smoothly, across multiple channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, newsletter, community, influencers). You'll coordinate creators, manage the content calendar, organize assets, and help us test and push into new platforms and ideas. This is a full-time, high-focus role. You don’t have to be a senior strategist – but you must be hands-on, creative, structured, and ready to execute with precision. --- Your Responsibilities Coordinate content and campaign tasks via ClickUp or Notion Keep the content calendar alive across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Email, and more Assist with publishing and managing assets (Google Drive, Canva, Dropbox) Work directly with editors, UGC creators, and our ad buyers Set up new accounts and test new platforms (Threads, Pinterest, etc.) Research content trends and find creator collaboration opportunities Light AI-based editing support (e.g. ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Descript) Optional: assist with captions, short-form edits, or briefing freelancers --- ✅ You are a great fit if you... Are highly structured, proactive, and fast-thinking Have solid experience with project or content coordination Understand social media content flows (especially short-form) Have worked with marketing or creative teams before Have basic knowledge in AI tools, Canva, Google Drive, content planning Are familiar with ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Trello, or similar tools Are not afraid to manage freelancers and follow up on deadlines Have an eye for visual content, and interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness --- Details Full-time remote (ideally 30–40 hrs/week) Long-term – we’re looking for someone to grow with us European time zone preferred You must have strong written English Compensation based on experience, growth potential prioritized You’ll be part of a small but fast-moving founding team with full creative trust --- To Apply: Please send us: 1.
