Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), demonstrating a strong foundation in education. 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 6 months of contact center experience or customer service experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to type 35wpm or more, with strong keyboard skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
