- Continuously document client interactions and resolutions in our customer support management system, maintaining accurate records for follow-up and reporting.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Rockwell Automation products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvement opportunities to enhance the overall customer support experience.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve knowledge of products and customer service techniques.

 *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with chat support tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools, along with basic technological skills to navigate various software applications.
