We are seeking an experienced Remote Long-Term Care Data Entry Technician to join our team in the Great Lakes area. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for triaging calls, assisting callers, and performing various data entry tasks to ensure efficient pharmacy operations. Working Hours and Location
The working hours for this role are 11:00am-7:30pm EST, with rotating weekends and holidays. To be eligible for this position, you must currently reside in a state where arenaflex is licensed, including AZ, CO, IN, FL, KS, MA, MI, MO, and OH.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Long-Term Care Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
Contacting physician's offices as needed for refill authorization
Verifying orders with clients as required
Processing new and refill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Opening orders, verifying eligibility, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
Documenting correspondence and follow-up activities in our system
Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to management
Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and tracking status in the system
Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up activities in the system
Answering incoming calls promptly and providing a high standard of customer service to clients
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
Long-term care pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and customer service principles
Experience with frameworks and Docutrack, or similar software systems
