An exciting opportunity awaits for a talented PR Expert: Conference And Local Organization Speaking! Our Remote office provides a state-of-the-art and comfortable workspace. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary of a competitive salary. Â Â We're seeking a skilled part time PR professional to develop and execute a strategy for securing speaking engagements at US legal conferences and bar associations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the legal industry and a proven track record of placing speakers at professional events.
Key Responsibilities...
Craft a comprehensive strategy to secure speaking opportunities at legal conferences and bar associations across the US
Identify and align speaking opportunities that match our expertise in marketing topics relevant to attorneys
Manage the entire process from pitching to confirming speaking engagements
Maintain ongoing relationships with event organizers and key industry contacts
Provide regular updates on progress and upcoming opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the legal sector
Strong network within the US legal conference circuit and bar associations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Familiarity with legal marketing topics is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with bar associations or legal conferences
Track record of successfully placing speakers at industry events
Project Scope
Part-time, ongoing engagement
Goal: Secure one speaking engagement per week to an audience of attorneys
Focus on US time zone morning hours
Primarily virtual engagements (webinars), with limited in-person events
Pricing
