Description
I am hiring a reliable, full-time personal assistant to work with me all day over the phone.
This is not a typical task-only assistant role. We will be connected live by phone while you operate your computer and complete tasks in real time.
I am visually impaired and cannot see phone or computer screens, so you will frequently read information out loud, navigate websites, manage tools, and execute tasks as we talk. You will essentially act as my eyes and hands on the computer.
This role is fast-paced and highly interactive. I need someone sharp, responsive, organized, and comfortable working closely with one person all day.
Schedule
Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm Pacific Time
You must be available, at a computer, and reachable during the entire shift
Responsibilities
Read emails, websites, and documents out loud
Send emails and messages
Manage calendar and scheduling
Complete online research and admin tasks
Update spreadsheets and documents
Work inside platforms like Google Workspace, WordPress, CRMs, and other tools
Provide real-time support while we are on the phone
Requirements
Excellent spoken English and clear communication
Tech savvy and very comfortable using computers and new software
Fast typing and strong multitasking skills
Able to follow directions quickly and accurately
Professional, dependable, and detail oriented
Prior personal or executive assistant experience preferred
Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and good headset
