Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them, guiding them through the check-in process, and assisting them with their ticketing and baggage needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience, from the moment they arrive at the airport to the moment they board their flight. Your key responsibilities will include: Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary travel documentation Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise Scheduling and Work Environment As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, and you can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. You will have the flexibility to work from home, but you must have a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions.
