What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Strong active listening skills to understand and resolve customer issues
 Familiarity with products and services to assist users effectively
 Ability to collaborate with a team in a remote environment
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 Must be available for scheduled shifts
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience in customer support or a related field
 Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
 Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
 Previous experience advocating for customer needs within an organization
