Key Responsibilities

Ā Manage a portfolio of 10-20 client accounts, providing support with accounts payable/receivable, billing, and expense tracking.
Ā Assist clients with payroll processing, tax filings, and sales tax obligations.
Ā Maintain meticulous spreadsheets and records of financial transactions.
Ā Provide daily detailed reports to your supervisor and accurately track time spent per client.
Ā Address and resolve discrepancies within QuickBooks Online.
Ā Support various financial tasks, including loans and budgeting, as needed.
Required Skills
