Full-Time Remote Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online)
Real Accounting is a growing accounting firm that supports real estate professionals, independent contractors, and small business clients. We provide bookkeeping, accounting, and tax strategy services that help clients stay compliant and make confident financial decisions.
We are currently hiring one full-time, W-2 employee to join our bookkeeping and accounting team. This is not a contract position. Applicants who submit a cover letter will be prioritized.
Responsibilities
• Manage multiple client accounts in QuickBooks Online
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records
• Work alongside accounting and tax teams to support client compliance
• Keep client books organized, reconciled, and current
Required Qualifications
• QuickBooks Online experience
• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Reliable internet connection
• Coachable and able to follow established processes
Preferred Qualifications
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification
• Experience working with CPAs or tax professionals
• Availability during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
