Full Time Property Estimator & Transcriptionist
We are seeking motivated, driven, and highly independent candidates to become trained Property Estimators & Transcriptionists. Must reside in the state of IN, TN, TX, PA, MS, NC, SC
Position Description:
As part of the InfraWare team, you will assist insurance companies serve their clients by helping to replace lost, stolen, or damaged items. You will receive descriptions of damaged property items in various formats, including handwritten and audio that may need to be transcribed. A majority of the role entails a Property Estimator to efficiently perform a Google search of the item and decide on a fair replacement based on a set of guidelines for that insurance company. Estimators are expected to maintain a minimum number of items per hour post-training. Hourly pay is dictated by the average items per hour produced in a two week pay period, starting at the minimum of $10/hr. There is a light amount of client phone interaction with this role. Working Environment:
Position is Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Eastern Time. One night shift of 11:30am-8:00pm Eastern Time will be assigned post-training to help service our West Coast clientele

Candidate Requirements:
Must reside in the state of IN, TN, TX, PA, MS, NC, SC
Own a desktop computer (not a laptop) with Windows 10 or above, with dual screens (or have the ability to have by start date) and reliable internet service
Webcam/video chat capabilities
Strong attention to detail, typing accuracy, and efficient with keyboard/mouse movement
Ability to work independently
Ability to work to deadlines
Punctual and dependable
High School Diploma or equivalent
Google Suite experience preferred
Accurately type at least 50 WPM
