Role Description
This is a full-time telehealth position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Las Vegas, NV. The BCBA will work on developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using ABA principles, conducting assessments, and supervising behavior intervention services. Responsibilities include providing parent education, managing behavior intervention plans, analyzing data, and collaborating with families and team members to achieve client goals.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Familiarity with Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies
• Knowledge in Psychology and behavior principles
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Nevada LBA required
• Ability to develop and implement data-driven treatment plans
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is a plus
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Pay
• 65-75 hr
• 35 an hour indirect
