Full Time Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner with Integrated Wound Care, you will play an instrumental role in making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.ResponsibilitiesConduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patientsWork collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient careComplete documentation accurately and in a timely mannerEducate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and managementMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyMay perform Ultrasound Mist therapy 2-3x weekly (experience in Ultrasound not needed, will train)Administrative work from home dutiesRatio of administrative and clinical duties will vary based on needFull time may expect frequent travel mostly within NCfor full time travelers, we will assist in obtaining other state licensesRequirements Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of employment Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records. Travel time of 60-90 minutes would be required.
