Independent Travel Consultant – Disney Vacations (Commission-Based, Remote)
Do friends and family always ask you for Disney travel advice? Have you visited Walt Disney World several times, cruised with Disney, or stayed at multiple Disney resorts? If so, we’d love to talk! We are a privately owned, Earmarked Authorized Disney Vacation Planner Agency seeking motivated, customer-focused Independent Travel Consultants. This is a commission-based, independent contractor role where you’ll generate your own clients, book and manage Disney vacations, and provide outstanding service. Over time, qualified consultants may receive agency leads. What We Offer: • Full training & mentoring from the agency owner (15+ years Disney planning experience) • Weekly support plus onsite training at Walt Disney World & Disneyland • Flexible schedule, part-time or full-time • Unlimited earning potential (no commission cap) What We’re Looking For: • Frequent Disney traveler (must list last 3 Disney vacations with dates in your application) • Outgoing, customer-focused, with excellent communication skills • Able to think quickly and solve problems creatively • Comfortable with self-driven sales and marketing to build your client base • U.S. residents only (Florida & California not eligible) How to Apply: Email your resume and cover letter including: • Why you’d make a magical Independent Travel Consultant • Your travel history (last 5 years, including 3 most recent Disney vacations with dates/locations) Applications without travel history cannot be considered.
