Full Time K-12 Special Education Teacher Opening

Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers for full-time positions in school districts throughout the Saint Paul, Minnesota area. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated educators who are committed to helping students with diverse learning needs achieve their academic and personal goals.

Position Requirements...
• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Previous experience working in a special education teaching role preferred
• Proficiency in developing and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Familiarity with Minnesota’s special education regulations and federal laws (IDEA, ADA)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment
• Conduct ongoing assessments and modify instruction to support student progress
• Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students, helping them overcome challenges
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, goals, and concerns
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development opportunities, and team planning sessions
