Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of our podcast and coaching business. You’ll be responsible for administrative tasks, light content support, and ensuring smooth coordination across the team.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and calendar coordination.
Support podcast workflow: uploading episodes, formatting descriptions, updating platforms.
Create and manage simple social media assets (using Canva templates).
Handle basic community management tasks inside Circle (approving members, posting reminders, light moderation).
Maintain organized digital files and resources.
Support project management inside Monday.com (updating tasks, tracking deadlines).
Assist with light research (guests, partnerships, opportunities).
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements
2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with: Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, and project management tools (Asana/Monday/Trello).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
Detail-oriented and proactive — doesn’t wait to be told what to do (impress me by replying theword 'stardust' into your response to this ad.)
Comfortable working remotely across time zones (team is global).
Nice to Have
Experience with Circle or other online community platforms.
Familiarity with podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube).
Basic copywriting or editing skills.
Hours & Compensation
Full-time role (30–40 hours per week).
Long-term opportunity if there’s a good fit.
