Full Time Free Lance Contracting/Customer Service Representative

Duties
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Provide outstanding client services by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, promote services, and gather feedback
• Manage data entry tasks accurately within Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Assist customers with account information, billing questions, and technical support issues
• Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, maintaining accuracy in cash handling procedures
• Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for upselling or improving service delivery
Experience
• Previous call center or customer service experience is highly preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for engaging diverse client bases
• Proven ability to perform data entry with high accuracy and efficiency using Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client outreach strategies
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Familiarity with computer skills including typing speed and proficiency in customer support software
