Full Time Direct Support Professional
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.Assist the individual in completing daily living activities for a total care clientQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license.Ability to pass a background check.Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient demeanor.Job TypesWeekdays (M-F) 9AM-2PM and/or Saturdays/Sundays 9am-2pm depending on needs each week for memberBenefits:Competitive compensationOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive work environmentEqual Opportunity Employer: Covenant Case Management Services is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
