We are working with a local school district in Walnut, CA to place a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher (DHHT) for a short-term leave coverage position beginning this August. Interviews are being scheduled now for this full-time, onsite role.
Job Details:
• Schedule: 35 hours per week
• Contract Term: 8/11/25 through mid-to-late October
• Caseload: 35 students during leave coverage
• Type: Onsite only
• Additional job details will be covered in your interview
Qualifications:
• State teaching certification with Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) endorsement
• Eligible for a California teaching license
• Experience in special education and subject-specific instruction is strongly preferred
• Prior work with D/HH students required
