You’ll bring your unique personality to every customer conversation and deliver the exceptional support experience our customers love.What will you do as a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate?As an amazon Delivery Station Customer Support Associate, you will carry out real-time, hands-on investigations to find out where customer orders are located and how we can get them to our customers as swiftly as possible. You will contact customers directly via phone and/or e-mail to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent delays. You will also act as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners, to identify possible root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required.What are your hours?This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work day shifts and your work week is minimum 40 hours, for example 5x8hrs. In order to match our customer demand, we schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns within the operating hours of 11am and 7:30pm Monday to Sunday. You will receive your work schedule at least 6 weeks in advance and your shifts may change every 4 weeks. You may be required to work national holidays and will be compensated accordingly. You will learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.
