This is a project-based role with the potential for continued collaboration, depending on performance and business needs. Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact: Implement updates and improvements to the existing WordPress website Modify and enhance website navigation, including menus and overall structure Create and publish new pages based on provided content and requirements Develop and implement new features across both front-end and back-end layers Apply UX/UI best practices to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience Perform basic performance optimizations to improve page load speed Test and validate changes to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility Collaborate with the internal team to deliver tasks efficiently and on time Monitor website uptime and security, and maintain updates (WordPress core, themes, plugins) What Makes You A Strong Candidate: Proven experience with WordPress development Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL Strong understanding of full-stack web development Experience with website performance optimization and troubleshooting Familiarity with UX/UI best practices Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance environment Strong communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines Nice to have Experience with Java Engagement Details: Freelance / contract-based role Flexible working hours Remote work
