The Opportunity: Plural is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with deep AI fluency to lead development of internal and external AI systems. You’ll work across the stack—shipping end-user applications, backend infra, and orchestration logic to integrate large language models and structured data pipelines into Plural’s operating core: Architect, build, and ship production-grade AI-powered workflows—from first prototype to full deployment. Leverage modern AI primitives (LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval, evals, agentic workflows) to build systems with real business impact. Stay current on fast-moving AI research and trends—ensuring Plural is always on the frontier. Receive tight feedback loops and mentorship from the CTO. Qualifications: Required 3+ years of experience architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining web-apps in production cloud-native environment 3+ years of experience with python or other server side language Demonstrated experience building and scaling AI-native applications (LLM workflows, RAG, evaluation systems, agent frameworks, etc.) Power user of AI development tools like cursor Hungry, driven self-starter with demonstrated track record of high agency and attention to detail Bonus: Experience building in google cloud Experience at an exchange or leading DeFi protocol Passion for climate, financial systems, or the future of infrastructure is a strong plus Experience with Next.js, Django What We Offer: Competitive salary and equity options Thoughtful technical and soft skill mentorship from experienced leaders Innovative Culture—we are a supportive and collaborative team pushing the boundaries of finance with blockchain.
