About Us: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This part-time position requires strong bookkeeping skills with a focus on cleaning up QuickBooks messes, while also offering training to client staff. If you have a knack for diving deep into client accounts and resolving issues, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Review, clean up, and manage client QuickBooks records with precision.
Identify and correct inaccuracies in client financials.
Implement process improvements for better financial management.
Training:
Provide QuickBooks training to client accounting staff as needed.
Guide clients in improving their bookkeeping efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks.
Proven ability to resolve complex bookkeeping... issues and clean up financial records.
Strong communication skills, proficient in QuickBooks and Zoom.
Schedule: Part-time with flexible hours.
