As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual, company, and client goals
Provide coaching and training to assigned staff to enhance their sales skills and performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and department contacts
Stay up-to-date with client product knowledge and industry trends to identify new sales opportunities
Exercise exceptional customer service skills to optimize each customer contact
Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards
What We Offer:

Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week

2+ years of sales experience
