In this role, you will be instrumental in building a scalable and high-performance application that connects advertisers with influencers, integrating with major social media and platform tools to enhance functionality and user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Platform Architecture: Design and architect scalable, high-performance web and mobile-first applications using React, ensuring a seamless and dynamic user experience. • Full-Stack Development: Develop both frontend and backend components, working with modern web technologies, databases, and server-side frameworks. • Integration Management: Develop and support integrations with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads) and platform tools (Hubspot for CRM, LogRocket for data analytics, AWS for cloud hosting). • Custom Content: Implement features and functionalities that support custom content creation and management, enhancing the interaction between advertisers and influencers. • Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience. • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices in software development. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Innovation & Problem Solving: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and address complex technical challenges. Required Qualifications: • React Expertise: Extensive experience (6+ years) in developing and architecting React applications, with a strong understanding of React hooks, state management, and component design. • Full-Stack Skills: Proven experience with both frontend and backend development, including knowledge of server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, technologies such as AWS CDK, Terraform, AppSync, and DynamoDB), databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and API design. • Integration Experience: Proven experience with integrating third-party APIs and services, including social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads) and platforms like Hubspot, LogRocket, and AWS. • Mobile-First Design: Experience in building mobile-first and responsive web applications, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes. • Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in software development. • Performance Tuning: Strong skills in optimizing application performance, including techniques for improving load times and scalability. • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
