You will guide a distributed team, shape the frontend vision, and lead initiatives to deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences.Responsibilities Mentor and support frontend engineers through regular feedback, career development, and performance reviews. Define and advocate for best practices in architecture, code quality, testing, performance, and accessibility. Drive consistency and reusability via shared systems, component libraries, and tooling. Lead cross-functional initiatives, including technical research and adoption of new technologies. Foster a strong engineering culture through knowledge sharing and team collaboration. Guide technical decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable frontend solutions. Align frontend strategy with broader engineering and product goals.
