Attorney Relations Assignment CSR
Overview
Attorney Relations Assignment CSR role at Love's Travel Stops. The Attorney Relations Assignment Representative is responsible for maintaining both the covered and 25% case assignment dockets, which includes assigning cases in a timely manner and ensuring attorneys are performing to standard. This role also includes adding to our network of attorneys.
Responsibilities
ā¢ To provide the best possible customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through inbound and outbound phone calls
ā¢ To obtain specific information from a court or attorney regarding a traffic citation and input that information into the computer system
ā¢ To recognize any case that may need specific actions to be taken and properly notify Attorney Relations-Attorney Development Supervisor
ā¢ To precisely input any information given by courts or attorneys into the computer system
ā¢ To properly complete various forms of paperwork needed to handle the case in the best possible manner
ā¢ To manage Assignment Docket(s)
ā¢ To build the TVC network of attorneys
ā¢ To perform other duties as assigned by Attorney Assignment Supervisor when needed
ā¢ To arrive on time and stay for the duration of your scheduled shift
ā¢ To maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using the Talent Stop
ā¢ Report to Supervisor/Manager
Experience and Qualifications
ā¢ High School Diploma/GED
ā¢ 3 Years in customer service
ā¢ Must be able to type at least 35 WPM
ā¢ Must be able to operate a computer, use the internet and be familiar with 10-key
Skills and Physical Demands
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written (both typed and handwritten) communication
ā¢ Highly self-motivated and results oriented
ā¢ Ability to perform in a high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
ā¢ Ability to think independently and problem solve
