Front Desk/Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic and energetic sales specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in helping our clients achieve their goals while driving results for the company.

OVERVIEW:

· The hourly will start at $15 PLUS commission and extra bonuses which will turn each hour to $17-$20 hour

· Free Massage or Facial every month

· Full Time Employment Available (35-40 hours GUARANTEED)

REQUIREMENTS:

· Flexible schedule INCLUDING mornings, nights, and weekends (rotatable)

· Customer Service/Sales experience PREFFERRED but not required

· Computer Savvy

· Self-Motivated

· Ability to prioritize & organize work

· Enthusiastic and Upbeat personality

· Bi-lingual

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Greeting clients upon arrival with kindness

· Scheduling services and going above and beyond for each customer

· Answering phone calls professionally

· Addressing questions and concerns

· Protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location

· Selling memberships by helping clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
