Conduct nightly audit duties, review and balance financial transactions, and prepare reports.

Stand for extended periods while serving guests and managing front desk operations.

Contribute to achieving guest satisfaction scores and celebrate milestones with bonuses.

Foster strong communication with team members across departments to create seamless guest experiences.

Prioritize guest safety and security by following established protocols.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services is a bonus.

Ability to handle cash and operate a computer and other office equipment.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
