Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer phones Welcome visitors and contact hosts Register visitors in CloudGate Assign visitor badges Maintain log of visitor badges Prepare monthly report of visitor badges assigned for all visitors and RS employees Submit service requests to the building Reserve conference rooms in Maptician and make adjustments as needed Process monthly invoice payments for electric bills and reconcile expenses in Chrome River Process monthly invoice payments for cable bills and reconcile expenses in Chrome River Process monthly invoice payments for pest control services and reconcile expenses in Chrome River Update and maintain reports for monthly birthdays and anniversaries Draft weekly office newsletter Other duties as assigned.
