Supervise junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Communicate effectively with customers in both English and another language (bilingual skills preferred).
Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an outstanding experience.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
Sales acumen to effectively promote products and drive sales growth.
Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers accurately.
Ability to manage stock levels and maintain inventory organization.

Supervisory experience is beneficial for mentoring new staff or leading small teams.
