We want to collaborate with graduates and postgraduates who are fresher or on career break, to work with us. Preference for management graduates (MBA, BBA, BBM, but we do consider other segment graduates also if they have excellent English skills)

Who we are:

We are a Staffing company established in year 2024 and we are working majorly on job requirements from USA and India. We work majorly for US Healthcare, US Sales, US Manufacturing, US Accounts/Tax/Finance and Indian IT/Sales roles. We partnered with many direct recruiters, Vendors, Clients from USA and we share those hot requirements with you.

What is the role:
• We are majorly working on US requirements, but we do have few Indian requirements also.
• We train you on complete recruitment process starting from understanding the job requirements till hiring.
• Your major activity will be on sourcing, screening.

What is in it for you:
• We pay per closure basis.
• For US jobs we pay more. Pay range from $800 to $4000 (INR 68000 to 340000) per project closure.
• For Indian jobs we pay between Rs 5000 to Rs 30000 per closure depending on the Salary range and complexity of the requirements.
• We give all the necessary trainings and support.

Who is this for?
• This is for candidates who are at their final year graduation or post-graduation and looking for internship.
• Also for somebody who are graduated but not in any fulltime job right now.

What you need to have?
• Good communication skills (Should communicate in English over email, Messaging, voice Call)
• Good internet connection.
• Laptop/Desktop to work.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Job Types: Fresher, Internship, Contractual Fulltime

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
