Position Role: Bilingual English–Italian Language Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $35–$40/hour Location: Remote Duration: 1+ months Commitment: 10+ hours/week Role Responsibilities • Review and assess AI-generated Italian translations for accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance. • Identify and correct unnatural phrasing, tone issues, and mistranslations to ensure native fluency. • Ensure all content aligns with common Italian usage in Italy. • Provide constructive feedback on language quality and localization accuracy. • Maintain high reading speed and strong attention to linguistic detail. Qualifications • Native or near-native fluency in both Italian and English. • Deep familiarity with regional language usage in Italy. • 1+ year of experience in translation, localization, or language review. • Strong analytical and written communication skills. • High attention to detail and fast reading comprehension.
