WHAT YOU’LL DODevelop and implement measurement frameworks for social media campaigns, defining KPIs and success metricsDemonstrate a clear understanding between an observation or fact and an insightMonitor and analyze social media performance, using data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimizationBuild structured, "client-ready" presentations that detail the analysis, decision-making process, and outcomes leading to high-level strategic recommendationsStay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practicesIdentify emerging trends from diverse creative angles and speak fluently about broad social shifts in real-timeSpeak about broad social media and cultural trends in an off-the-cuff conversationActively mentor and improve the technical and analytical capabilities of junior analysts over time, fostering a culture of excellenceInterpret complex data sets to inform business decisionsIdentify patterns and trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing and advertising strategiesAct as the respected first point of contact for the I&M department, building trust through reliable delivery and inspiring communicationCollaborate deeply with Strategy teams to develop research plans that uncover target audience behaviors and untapped category opportunitiesCreate detailed reports and visualizations that communicate key findings to stakeholdersConsistently leverage AI within Google Workspace and use NotebookLM to analyze comprehensive research data, pinpointing strategic opportunities within social listening reportsProactively propose new ways to infuse AI-driven insights into the R&I process and assist in the development of bespoke AI persona agents for audience testingRequirements4+ years of experience in social media analytics or a similar roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesA strong command of data analytics and content performance metricsFluent in English and PortugueseEffective communication and collaboration skillsBenefitsAt We Are Social, we celebrate diverse perspectives and experiences.
