ASP .NET Developer Remote (U.S.)Contract: Long-TermEligibility: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (no C2C, 1099, or third-party vendors). Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or visa transfer.Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced ASP .NET Developer with extensive expertise spanning legacy systems and modern frameworks. This role involves supporting, modernizing, and enhancing classic ASP and ASP.NET applications while contributing to the development of scalable, enterprise-level solutions.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and enhance legacy ASP and ASP.NET web applications.Design and optimize database schemas; develop and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures.Work with Entity Framework, SSRS, SSIS, and Crystal Reports (older and newer versions).Develop RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core and .NET frameworks.Apply front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.Ensure applications meet 504 ADA compliance standards.Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions.Experience with ArcGIS is a plus.Qualifications:20+ years software development experience across legacy and modern platforms.20+ years with legacy ASP and ASP.NET applications.20+ years SQL Server development (schemas, stored procedures, SSRS, Entity Framework).15+ years front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).15+ years experience with unit testing frameworks (nUnit preferred).10+ years Crystal Reports development (older and newer versions).5+ years ASP.NET Core building RESTful APIs.Remote Anywhere in the U.S.Long-Term ContractEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
