We’re looking for a highly creative freelance graphic designer to collaborate with us on a regular basis and help push the visual evolution of Crew Bike Co. across product, content, and marketing.
About the Role
This is a remote freelance position where you will work closely with our team on an ongoing basis creating visual assets across multiple channels.
We’re looking for someone who can both execute direction and bring fresh ideas to the table. The right candidate understands brand identity, digital marketing design, and how to create visuals that resonate with modern culture.
If we find the right person, this role can grow into a long-term ongoing collaboration and potentially a regular position.
Designers will also have the opportunity to develop experimental visuals and AI-generated concepts that may become part of future campaigns.
This role is ideal for a student or early-career designer who wants to build a portfolio working on a brand rooted in music, street culture, and tech aesthetics.
What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll help create visual assets across our marketing ecosystem, including:
• Email marketing graphics and layouts
• Website banners and promotional graphics
• Brand graphics and campaign visuals
• Logo and branding elements
• Product launch visuals
• Social media assets
• Light motion graphics or animated content
• AI-generated visuals and creative experiments
Required Skills
We’re looking for someone who is fluent in modern design tools and deeply engaged with AI-driven workflows.
Must have experience with:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Figma, Canva
• AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Runway, Nano Banana, etc.)
• AI design tools and workflow automation
• Light motion graphics or animation
AI Experience (Important)
AI is a major part of our creative workflow.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Regularly experiments with new AI tools and platforms
• Uses AI to accelerate and enhance the creative process
• Understands prompting, image generation, and AI-assisted design
• Can help us explore new ways to integrate AI into branding and marketing
If you’re someone who is constantly testing new tools and finding ways to optimize your workflow with AI, we want to work with you.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong creative instincts and visual taste
• Someone who understands modern culture, music, fashion, and street aesthetics
• Ability to take direction but also bring original ideas
• Someone collaborative who enjoys working with a team
• Ability to understand and evolve a brand’s DNA and visual language
• Organized and reliable with freelance deadlines
Bonus Points
• Experience in streetwear, fashion, music, or lifestyle brands
• Experience with bike, action sports, or youth culture brands
• Experience with AI-generated content for marketing
• Motion graphics experience (After Effects, Runway, etc.)
