Freelance Designer, ShortPoint & SharePoint (contract)
What Youll Do Were seeking a freelance graphic designer to contribute to our visual storytelling and elevate our brand presence.
With proven abilities in ShortPoint and SharePoint, youll play a critical role in producing eye-catching visuals, primarily for our intranet.

Reports to: Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Employer
Branding Craft visually appealing and on-brand graphics, primarily for SharePoint via ShortPoint.
Engage with stakeholders to understand design requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences, ensuring cohesive visual communication.
Participate in creating and refining design elements for internal communications materials, such as presentations, documents, and visual announcements, aligning with our visual identity.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What You Bring Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, including the creation of SharePoint pages from the ground up in ShortPoint
Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, including the creation of SharePoint pages from the ground up in ShortPoint
Proficiency with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey visual design principles and pose thoughtful questions to ensure alignment.
Attention to detail, proactively catching and correcting any errors.
