We’re hiring several Proposal Writer/Specialist - (Federal Government) to support our growth. As a Proposal Writer, you must be able to transform complex technical information into compelling, winning stories that secure the resources needed to rebuild communities and strengthen infrastructure nationwide. Our clients are within the federal, state, local government sector.

What You’ll Do
• Develop compliant proposals for federal, state, and local contracts.
• Partner with project managers, engineers, and executives to translate strategy into clear, compelling language.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Ensure full compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements while maintaining Ceres Global brand voice and standards.
• Contribute ideas that improve proposal efficiency, design, and storytelling quality.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in proposal development, technical writing, or business communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong eye for accuracy, clarity, and tone.
• Experience compiling complex and highly technical submissions for government or commercial proposals, bids, RFP, RFQs.
• Strong collaboration skills and confidence engaging with leaders across departments.

Preferred Qualifications
• Masters in English, Creative Writing or Marketing.
• Experience in construction, environmental disaster, or disaster management industry.
• Proficient using SharePoint and Mail Merge.
