Fractional CFO Needed for Multi-Entity Family Business Portfolio
We are a husband and wife founder team based in Los Angeles operating across multiple businesses — a nonprofit grant program, a for-profit media and podcast company, a production company, real estate holdings, and entrepreneurial ventures. We are actively building a family trust and need one experienced fractional CFO who can hold the full financial picture across all of it. This is a strategic seat, not a bookkeeping role.
Scope of work
Build and maintain a unified financial dashboard across all entities — nonprofit, for-profit, production, real estate, and trust
Revenue modeling and cash flow forecasting across media, production, and real estate
Structure intercompany transactions between nonprofit and for-profit entities cleanly and compliantly
Real estate equity strategy — advise on when to hold, pull equity, or acquire
Coordinate trust structuring alongside our legal team
Model sponsorship and partnership revenue as our media assets scale
Deliver a clear long-term wealth building roadmap across the full portfolio
What we are looking for
Proven experience managing finances across multiple business entities simultaneously — tell us what they were
Background in media, entertainment, nonprofit, or real estate finance — ideally more than one
Familiarity with family trust structures and generational wealth planning
Ability to work directly with two founders and communicate without jargon
