Fractional CFO (Healthcare) Needed – Build 3-Year Financial Model for Multi-State Clinical Startup
We are an outsourced CFO consulting firm seeking an experienced Fractional CFO or Financial Modeler with deep healthcare expertise to support a fast-growing clinical services client.
This engagement focuses on building a robust 36-month financial model to guide capital strategy, operational scaling, and lender/investor readiness.
You will work directly with our team and play a key role in shaping a scalable financial foundation for a multi-entity healthcare platform.
Scope of Work:
Build a 3-year financial model including:
Profit & Loss
Cash flow projections
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
Model provider productivity and reimbursement dynamics for a wound care practice
Incorporate revenue streams such as skin substitutes and procedure-based care
Develop a secondary model for urgent care operations:
Telehealth
Planned brick-and-mortar expansion (launch in late 2026)
Structure financials across a multi-entity framework (MSO + clinical entity)
Create scenario analyses:
Base case
Conservative case
Growth case
Prepare clean, investor-ready outputs suitable for:
SBA lending
Private credit discussions
Inputs Provided:
Provider staffing plans and patient volume assumptions
Target markets and expansion roadmap (multi-state rollout)
Reimbursement assumptions (Medicare and commercial payers)
Clinic rollout timeline
Timeline:
Initial working model required within 10–14 days
Opportunity for continued advisory work after initial delivery
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in healthcare financial modeling
Strong understanding of:
Physician practice economics
Revenue cycle management
Multi-site clinical operations
Experience with investor or lender-ready financials
Ability to translate operational drivers into financial outputs
