Fractional CFO / Finance Manager (QuickBooks + Financial Dashboards + Forecasting) - Contract to Hire
We are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO / Finance Manager / Accountant to help organize and systemize the financial infrastructure of a growing AI and marketing technology company.
The primary goal of this role is to bring complete clarity to our financial operations by cleaning up our books, building financial dashboards, and helping leadership understand our numbers at a deep level.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with startups or fast-growing businesses and can operate both strategically and operationally.
Responsibilities include:
• Clean up and organize historical financial data in QuickBooks
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping
• Build clear financial dashboards for revenue, expenses, and profit
• Track cash flow, burn rate, and financial health of the company
• Create financial projections and forecasting models
• Prepare monthly financial reports and executive summaries
• Help structure categories and financial systems for tax preparation
• Identify inefficiencies or financial leaks in the business
• Work with leadership to build a scalable financial framework as the company grows
We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of translating financial data into clear insights that leadership can act on.
Experience working with startups, agencies, SaaS companies, or fast-growing businesses is strongly preferred.
