Founding Product Engineer - Full Stack/AI

What You'll Do:
• Architect & Build: Design and deliver robust, scalable systems across the stack (TypeScript, React, Python, Node, SQL/NoSQL). Own end-to-end features from concept to deployment
• AI/ML Integration: Productionize LLMs and classical ML models for real-world, high-uptime applications. Leverage the latest in generative AI tooling and frameworks
• Data Engineering: Build pipelines and infrastructure for ingesting, normalizing, and querying massive, multi-modal datasets
• Technical Leadership: Set engineering standards, mentor future hires, and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
• Customer Collaboration: Work directly with users to understand pain points, iterate quickly, and deliver solutions that matter
What We're Looking For:
• 3-5+ years building and scaling full stack across front-end, back-end, and databases
• Genuine excitement and ability to build quickly & ship fast
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-powered features in production
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD
• Proven ability to design and optimize data architectures for performance and cost
• Strong product sense and bias for action-comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
• Experience in early-stage startups or as a technical founder is a huge plus
Bonus Points:
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, or RLHF pipelines
• Familiarity with web scraping frameworks (Playwright, Puppeteer) and different types of API integrations (REST, GraphQL)
• Comfortable with asynchronous workflows, rate-limiting, and distributed systems
• Work experience as a founder or founding engineer at early stage startups
